Compliance & Peace of Mind
Terms of Service
By connecting the Reg X3 shielding system, small and mid-sized businesses agree to screen incoming sales transaction data in compliance with local payment network processing rules.
NACHA Regulatory Alignment
Our platform is designed to help your business meet, and comply with, banking network verification rules. Our system does this by instantly stopping card-testing attacks without saving or storing sensitive account data or balances.
Privacy Policy & Data Use
The Reg X³ platform monitors network behaviors, trends, and data before a sales transaction is processed to guard against fraud in real-time. Each transaction is screened in under 100 milliseconds (the blink of an eye) to ensure it is legitimate and safe. We evaluate this data strictly to score risk; we never sell, lease, or share your business or customer data with third parties.
NACHA Delta 2026 Statutory Safe-Harbor Crosswalk
Under 2026 NACHA Operating Rules Subsection 2.2.4 (False Pretenses Loss Allocation), ODFIs avoid unilateral loss-allocation liability for fraudulent credit originations by proving execution of continuous algorithmic screening, deterministic Mod-10 routing verification, and dual-party authorizations prior to settlement batch transmission.
